The Sterideal® HX SteriCompact UHT Sterilizer by JBT is a compact, efficient unit designed for pasteurizing and sterilizing dairy products, juices, and high-viscosity items like tomato sauces and desserts. This system utilizes a unique helical configuration of concentric tubes to ensure effective thermal treatment combined with efficient heat recovery. Designed for capacities between 2000-4000 L/hr (8.8-17.6 gpm), it operates at a maximum process temperature of 144°C (291°F). The SteriCompact can be tailored with optional modules to handle Extended Shelf Life (ESL) milk, juices with small fibers, or soy products, making it versatile for various markets, including baby food, dairy alternatives, and beverages. Its compact footprint minimizes space requirements, and its robust homogenizer design ensures low maintenance costs over its operational lifespan.
