The Stein TwinDrum PRoYIELD™ Spiral Oven from JBT is a specialized twin-drum oven designed for high-capacity applications. It features two-zone spiral cooking, which allows for individual control of airspeed, temperature, and humidity in each zone. This flexibility ensures uniform cooking across the conveyor belt, a critical factor in maintaining consistent product quality. The oven incorporates PRoYIELD™, a patented double-impact airflow technology that optimizes temperature distribution. With a temperature capability of up to 250° C and high air speeds, it excels in superior coloring capabilities, making it suitable for a wide range of products including whole chicken, chicken fillets, wings, drumsticks, lasagna, breaded items like nuggets and fish sticks, and more. The integrated screw-jack system for lifting the hood facilitates easy maintenance and cleaning. Additionally, an optional continuous belt wash system and integrated CIP (Clean-In-Place) cleaning system further simplify maintenance tasks. The oven’s design minimizes the overall height to as low as 4.2 meters, even with the hood in open positions, and places fans and motors in low positions to enhance maintenance accessibility.
