Automates format changes and precise cutting

The TLT – Tagliatelle Cutter by GEA is designed to cut tagliatelle pasta with high precision and automatic format changes. It features a series of cutting groups that longitudinally cut pasta sheets, then transfer them to a rotating shear for transverse cuts. The cutting process is optimized through the use of inverters for speed control and PLC for cutting synchronization. The stainless steel structure and openable safety carter enhance easy cleaning and maintenance. Optional features include an automated nest formation system which uses compressed air to form and maintain the shape of tagliatelle nests during conveyance.
