Automates palletizing with modular design
The Trepko 740 Series is a modular palletizing solution, capable of both semi and fully automatic operation. This system consists of the Sweep Palletiser and the Gantry Robot Palletiser, offering flexibility with different loading heights to integrate seamlessly with existing conveyors. The Sweep Palletiser arranges packs on an infeed conveyor row by row, transferring completed layers onto the loading plate using pneumatic pushers. When a full layer is formed, the table moves to the correct height before depositing onto the pallet using two motor-driven sweeper arms, ensuring stable stacking. The Gantry Robot Palletiser can handle various items up to 25 kg, using tools like vacuum suction cups, grip/clamp, or lifting plates. It offers a capacity of up to 12 cycles per minute, adaptable to different pallet patterns, and supports all common pallet sizes. Trepko’s equipment is designed for ease of integration into existing setups with multiple placement options for pallet magazines and conveyors. This series handles products like cases, shrink-wrapped trays, and cartons up to 400 mm high, ensuring reliable and efficient palletization.
