The package features an optimized rotor profile manufactured using the latest CBN grinding technology, which improves volumetric efficiency and reduces power consumption. Its 5:6 male-to-female lobe ratio ensures better bearing load distribution, lower noise generation, and superior bhp/ton performance. The patented flow-optimized suction inlet further enhances volumetric efficiency and reduces noise. Additionally, the double-acting hydraulic capacity control is infinitely adjustable from 10% to 100%, enabling premium part load operation. The high-definition, multi-touch GEA Omni control panel ensures user-friendly and precise system management. Available options include liquid injection oil cooling for precise discharge temperature control, dual oil filters, variable speed operation with a variable frequency drive, and comprehensive vibration monitoring systems.
