The DR Sugar Dissolving System from Inox-Fer Srl is engineered to efficiently dissolve and mix sugar and low viscosity blends for the food and beverage industry. Utilizing the principle of hydrodynamic paradox, a centrifugal pump ensures powerful, homogeneous mixing by creating a double Venturi effect to draw sugar into the liquid. This system is ideal for producing sugar solutions essential in carbonated beverages, juices, and flavored waters. With a processing capacity reaching up to 2,600 kg/hr, it integrates seamlessly into production lines with options for pasteurization and recirculation. The system is constructed with AISI 316L surfaces for excellent corrosion resistance and hygiene. Automation features include an automatic valve for powder suction and recirculation, and optional auger-fed powder loading. Designed for easy mobility and maintenance, it features a CIP system and can be customized with lump breakers and fluidizers for optimal performance.
