For example, the triblender system utilizes a loading hopper and fast propeller stirrer to create low concentration solutions such as 0.5% pectin at 50°C or 0.2% CMC at 20°C. The high shear mixer, with its emulsifying system and self-priming pump, is ideal for medium concentration solutions like 1.5% pectin at 50°C or 0.5% xanthan gum at 20°C. For high concentration solutions, the vacuum disperser efficiently disperses powders to create smooth, lump-free mixtures, handling up to 6% pectin at 50°C or 3% guar gum at 20°C.
