Split tube furnace for high-temperature applications

In advanced material processing and research, achieving consistent high-temperature uniformity is crucial. Tasks such as annealing, sintering, or catalyst research require equipment capable of precise thermal management to ensure optimal results.

Flexible heating for critical processes

The FST and FZS Split Tube Furnaces by Carbolite Gero are engineered to reach a maximum operating temperature of 1300°C and can be used both vertically and horizontally, catering to different experimental setups. The split heating module design allows easy positioning of the work tube or reactors, streamlined insertion, and removal of samples, and facilitates faster cooling, thereby increasing operational convenience. These furnaces feature programmable temperature controllers and over-temperature protection for consistent and safe operations. The two-zone (FST) and three-zone (FZS) models come with high-quality APM wire heating elements and low thermal mass ceramic fiber insulation for improved temperature stability. The system is versatile with the ability to accept work tubes up to 150 mm in diameter and is customized for various laboratory and industrial processes, making it ideal for tasks like CIM, CVD, and brazing. Additionally, the furnaces include cooling channels to aid the convection cooling of the outer case, enhancing safety during use.
