The RM6 by IMF Italy is a compact, automatic coffee roaster designed for specialty coffee shops and cafes. Despite its small size, it incorporates industrial-level technology to ensure high-quality coffee production. The integrated afterburner reduces NOX emissions, aligning with environmental standards. Featuring a touchscreen display and full PLC automation, it allows users to manage up to 1000 roasting profiles. The system includes a cooling tank and a chaff extractor with an easy collection bin. Optional integrations such as a green coffee loader and destoner further enhance its functionality. The RM6 supports a batch size of 6 kg per cycle and can produce up to 24 kg per hour. It operates on natural gas or LPG and has a power rating of 52 KW. The forced hot air and indirect flame technology ensure even roasting, while the perforated drum and recycling air system improve energy efficiency.
