The ED 55 / ED 55 B from Three-Tec are volumetric single-screw feeders designed specifically for easy-flowing granules up to 10mm particle size. These systems are available with or without a discharge aid/bridge breaker to ensure smooth operation, preventing material clogging and ensuring consistent feed rates. Depending on the model, you can achieve a throughput of 107-1,333 l/h with an AC three-phase motor or 3.3-3,333 l/h with a servo motor. The 55 mm diameter metering tools ensure accurate and reliable feeding. The feeders offer variable speed control, up to 560 min-1 with an AC three-phase motor, and 2-750 min-1 with a servo motor, providing flexibility to adapt to different production needs.
