The BAG OPENING-M AND TUB/TRAY OPENING-M by IMA is a semi-automatic system designed to open sterile primary packages, including RTU syringes, cartridges, and vials. The system automatically cuts the overbag and pushes the tub/tray into a sterile area without manual contact. In a partially manual mode, the operator positions the package on the cutting station, cuts manually, and then pushes the tray into a processing area. Designed with a laminar airflow hood and confined within Restricted Barrier Systems, this solution guarantees a high level of product quality assurance. Adaptable for small to medium production outputs, it seamlessly integrates into existing production lines. Single-use materials such as the bag, Tyvek™ lid, and liner are disposed of within the system to maintain a sterile environment.
