The semi-automatic loading system by Werner & Pfleiderer Lebensmitteltechnik simplifies the process of loading and unloading production ovens. This system enhances productivity by utilizing the oven capacity to its maximum, reducing heavy physical work for staff. It features WP NAVIGO 3 control directly on the oven and a Totmann control for the loading system itself. The performance metrics include an output volume of up to 650 kg/hour and an operable baking area of 66 m². The system operates at a vertical traversing speed of 0.125 m/sec, horizontal speed of 0.3 m/sec, a loading speed of 0.5 m/sec, and an emptying speed of 0.35 m/sec. Suitable for use with up to 3 ovens and up to 18 decks, it ensures precise observance of baking times and correct baking chamber temperatures.
