The equipment features a compensator hopper tank and a self-adjusting counter-pressure diaphragm, adapting to different materials and ensuring consistent separation. With a stainless steel casing, the screw conveyor and cylindrical screen basket separate solids from the liquid phase, pushing the solid fraction towards the counter-pressure diaphragm outlet to form a material plug. This ensures the separator operates automatically, preventing liquid phase flushing. Additionally, the SINT engineering polymer screw design offers durability and adaptability. The system is suitable for continuous duty with a maximum hydraulic throughput of 65 m³/h. The SEPCOM Biogas Horizontal promises high separation efficiency with up to 30% dry matter for separated solids and less than 5% dry matter for separated liquids.
