Rtu debagging system for pharmaceutical sterile environments
In high-sterile environments such as restricted access barrier systems (RABs) and isolation chambers, removing protective packaging from sterile, ready-to-use components like syringes, vials, and cartridges can be challenging. This process requires meticulous handling to maintain sterility and comply with regulatory standards.

Automate and simplify Rtu debagging
The SP i-Dositecno Ready-to-Use (RTU) Debagging Equipment is designed to streamline the debagging process for sterile ready-to-fill (SCF) components, including syringes, cartridges, micro-vials, and vials. Manufactured by SP I-docitecno, this system uses automated robotics to remove protective packaging without operator intervention. It features Siemens or Allen Bradley HMI or PLC-controlled servo motors, allowing automatic rate and height adjustments for each vessel. Built with premium stainless steel, the equipment ensures compliance with cleanroom requirements and maintains the highest quality standards, including cGMP, Annex 1, 21 CFR Part 11, and GAMP5. The system’s in-feed roller conveyor automatically transports sterile tubs to the containment area, while the automatic bag pusher transfers the tub to the delidding station, simplifying the workflow and enhancing sterility.
Benefits
- Maintains sterility with automated debagging
- Handles multiple vessel types with ease
- Complies with high-regulatory standards
