Rotary oven for japanese peanuts

When roasting dough-coated Japanese-style peanuts, traditional methods often lead to issues such as broken peanuts and non-uniform coating. A specialized rotary oven can address these challenges, ensuring consistency and quality in the final product.

Achieve uniform roasting and coating

The Japanese Peanut Rotary Oven by AC Horn Manufacturing is specifically designed for roasting dough-coated Japanese-style peanuts. Unlike other ovens, it features proprietary lifting paddles that slowly separate the peanuts during roasting. This prevents them from sticking together and ensures uniform coating. The high-efficiency forced air premix combustion system mixes air and gas precisely, maximizing fuel efficiency and minimizing gas consumption. Additionally, programmable digital temperature control reduces the risk of burning and enhances energy efficiency. The Japanese Peanut Rotary Oven comes in three sizes to accommodate different production capacities, ranging from 550 lbs/hr to 1,100 lbs/hr. Optional features include a horizontal belted cooler for further processing needs.

Benefits

  • Consistent and uniform peanut coating
  • Energy-efficient operation with precise air-gas mixing
  • Reduced risk of burnt product with digital temperature control
  • Available in multiple sizes to suit production needs
  • Optional horizontal belted cooler for extended processing
