These cappers sort, apply, and torque caps on a variety of container sizes and shapes continuously. Standard with mechanical friction clutches, these systems ensure accurate, uniform torque values for optimal closure results. They integrate seamlessly into existing lines or can be customized for new projects. Available in model sizes RC40 and RC52, they operate at speeds up to 140 CPM and 240 CPM respectively, with potential for higher speeds based on container and cap characteristics. The cappers’ color touchscreen displays support up to 99 job recipes, making product changeover smooth and efficient.
