Reciprocating blade slicer for high-speed cutting
In the baking industry, efficiently slicing bread products at high speed while maintaining consistent thickness is essential. Common challenges include precise control over feed speed and managing the mechanical reliability of slicing at high throughput rates.
Achieve precise and adjustable bread slicing
The Mod.1200 Reciprocating Blade Slicer by Gasparin is designed for high-speed bread slicing. It features a reciprocating cutting head with blades mounted on reinforced frames, making it capable of multiple cuts with adjustable blade thickness starting from a minimum of 5 mm. The entry loading conveyors, including an upper adjustable conveyor for pushing bread towards the blades and lower adjustable lateral guides, ensure precise product positioning. The slicing process is controlled with adjustable conveyor speed via an inverter. Constructed with die-cast aluminum frame supports and a heavy-duty painted steel design, this slicer is built for durability. Optional features include a pneumatic oiling system, interchangeable frames, dual cutting lanes, and an inline combination predisposition. A stainless-steel version is also available for enhanced hygiene.
