The Innopro ECOSTAB from KHS is a beer stabilization system designed to counteract haze and extend shelf life. The system works by dosing PVPP (polyvinylpolypyrrolidone) into the beer, which binds and removes turbidity-causing polyphenols. After stabilization, PVPP is regenerated within the system, reducing overall PVPP consumption by up to 70%. The Innopro ECOSTAB is available in three models catering to different brewery sizes: the Innopro ECOSTAB S for small operations up to 75 hectoliters per hour, the Innopro ECOSTAB B for medium-sized breweries with output up to 240 hectoliters per hour, and the Innopro ECOSTAB C for large-scale continuous production up to 600 hectoliters per hour. All models are designed for easy integration into existing brewery processes and feature frequency-controlled pumps for precise dosing.
