With a flexible configuration of 2 to 12 pumps, the Filltronic can reach filling speeds of up to 140 bottles per minute, maintaining an accuracy of +/- 0.5%. It is compatible with a wide range of fill volumes from 0.5 ounces to gallons without the need for change parts. This reduces downtime typically associated with piston fillers. The system features motors with integral precision encoders for individual pump control, ensuring continuous operation even if one motor fails. The Filltronic is equipped with instant recall memories for product setups, providing tool-less adjustments and quick-clean pump and nozzle designs.
