The Pneumatic Fuller from Siprem International is designed for gently immersing the cap of grape marc during fermentation. It features a stainless steel pneumatic piston equipped with alimentary material seals. A wide round plate with mobile fins in stainless steel and Teflon perimetrical protection ensures smooth operation. The system is mounted on a universal joint connected to a carriage that runs on an overhead travelling crane, linear, or closed ring rail. Customizable options are available for both manual and automatic installations. This design ensures even fermentation and consistent wine quality by gently submerging the grape marc cap.
