Palletizing solution for low to medium production capacity
In factories with lower or moderate outputs, efficient handling of various package types and stable pallet loading systems are crucial. Challenges include managing diverse product shapes and ensuring smooth transfer without damaging goods.

Configure, stabilize, and automate pallet loading
The GEA Palletizer Opera is designed for low to medium production capacities, featuring a low level infeed for easy integration into existing workflows. It offers steady pallet loading with the flexibility to configure single, double, or triple infeeds. This system uses positive belts for row preparation and can include pack dividers or manipulators for handling unstable packages. The core structure consists of two columns made of 5mm painted carbon steel sheet, providing robustness. The motor power, controlled by an inverter and encoder, ensures precise lifting and lowering of the layer loading/unloading head. This is achieved through 1¼” chains and steel wheels on high-resistance steel guides. Additionally, the Palletizer Opera allows for single or double-layer pushing at 90° to the infeed, with a roller platform layer discharge head suitable for any palletizing pattern. With automatic side-compacting guides, users can easily switch between different palletizing patterns and dimensions with minimal downtime for maintenance due to its accessible design.
