The 1400/1600/2000 Series Cracking Mill by CPM is designed specifically for the most demanding oilseed applications. It features robust construction with 14”, 16”, and 20” diameter chilled iron rolls, ensuring durability and high performance around the clock. Load-centering bearing supports and replaceable bearing slides contribute to accurate, consistent production. The roll corrugation and speeds can be adjusted to optimize the quality of cracked seeds, and the separate inner-roll drive for each bank of rolls allows precise control. The mill also includes one motor V-belt drive, self-aligning double-row spherical roll bearings with split pillow block housings, and an industrial-duty adjustable motor platform available in left- or right-side drive and choice of ‘C’ flow or ‘Z’ flow configuration.
