The Tetra PakĀ® Nozzle Separator is a specialized solution for the separation processes in producing fermented and concentrated dairy products. With a unique nozzle design that features twelve nozzles on the periphery of the bowl, it minimizes energy losses by ejecting the product at an optimized angle. The flexibility in nozzle sizes allows customization based on the product’s composition and capacity requirements. This device is capable of handling feed capacities ranging from 6,000 to 12,000 liters per hour for concentrated yoghurt (16% DM) and 4,000 liters per hour for cream cheese (27% DM). Additionally, the separator’s discharge feature enables efficient cleaning without disassembly, ensuring continuous operation.
