Automates nested syringe preparation and filling
The FREETUB Series by Marchesini is designed for handling nested syringes, including manual or automatic debagging, de-lidding, and de-lining, and operates upstream of the filling process. It features automatic bag cutting, tub unloading using a positive pushing system, and robotic lid removal. The system can automatically dispose of lid and liner, and it can transfer the open tub to the filling machine. The machine operates without contact with the sterile tub, minimizing contamination risks. It is adaptable to different containment systems like LAF, open RABS, closed RABS, or isolators. This flexibility and automation facilitate seamless integration into various pharmaceutical production lines.
