Multipack wrapping system for snacks
Packaging multiple snack bags into a single pack efficiently while ensuring minimal material waste can be challenging in the food industry. Ensuring that collated snack packs remain intact during the wrapping process adds another layer of complexity.

Efficiently pack multiple snack bags
The Pakasnax multipack wrapping system by AMP Rose is a horizontal form fill and seal system specifically designed for multipacking products such as crisps, popcorn, and other snacks. This system addresses key challenges, like maintaining the collation of snack packs and minimizing wrapping material waste. Its film folding box is designed to control product collation during transfer to the longitudinal sealing area, ensuring tight and secure wrapping. Featuring both unheated and heated rollers, the machine achieves efficient sealing without stretching the wrapping material. Active sensors ensure the end crimp jaws do not destroy misaligned primary bags, allowing them to be recycled. With a capacity of up to 100 packs per minute and the ability to handle reels up to 800mm in width, this machine is ideal for high-volume operations. Optional features like automatic reel splicing and pack-tamping units further enhance efficiency. Additionally, robotic loading systems can be integrated for fully automatic packaging processes.
