The Multihead Weigher by Marel is designed for high-speed, accurate batching of IQF products. It utilizes an automatic infeed system to load products into either 14 or 20 weighing hoppers. The system calculates the best combination of weights to achieve the target batch weight. Optional Multi-job software enables processors to run up to six different tasks simultaneously, prioritizing jobs as needed to increase throughput and reduce waste. This software integration offers real-time monitoring and adjustments, ensuring optimal performance throughout the batching process. The weigher’s hygienic, minimalist design facilitates quick cleaning, while a user-friendly interface streamlines operation.
