The Mobile Isolator by Fabtech is designed for scenarios where the work environment must be mobile or when materials need to be transferred between aseptic isolators. The Mobile Isolator is robustly constructed in SS 316L with laminar airflow ISO 5 Grade A classification to ensure high-level contamination control. It is equipped with wheels for easy movement and can be operated independently with optional battery packs. The isolator features customizable ergonomics to suit various operational needs. It comes in a standard configuration with one pass box (2 glove ports) and a main chamber (4 glove ports), including a glove integrity tester; multiple chamber configuration options are available. It also supports on-demand process equipment and online particle counter integration. H2O2 decontamination is optional for achieving an aseptic environment and maintaining process integrity. Room air intake and exhaust systems ensure a closed, controlled environment within the isolator. The system also features password protection for different authorization levels, supporting secure operation.
