The FBM Fluid Bed Mobile Dryer from Hoopman Equipment & Engineering is designed to dry small seed lots almost anywhere within your facility. Its mobility, enabled by four swivel wheels, ensures that you can place it wherever needed, requiring only a power connection to operate. The unit includes an internal heating system regulated by a PI-controlled thermostat to maintain optimal drying temperatures, preventing overheating of the seeds. A simple operating panel allows you to set drying times or choose continuous operation. The adjustable airflow valve ensures you can create an optimal fluidized bed for various seeds. An aluminum hopper with a 110-liter gross capacity can dry between 40-60 liters of seeds per batch, depending on the seed species. Additional options include an RH upgrade with PLC control and logging, and a 3-box adapter for enhanced functionality.
