The MMC 150 by KRONEN is a manual melon chunk cutter designed for quick and precise cutting of pre-prepared melons into uniform chunks. This tabletop model handles melons with diameters up to 150 mm and lengths up to 200 mm, cutting them into slices and chunks in a single pass. Two processing steps—slicing and chunking—are combined in one device, enhancing efficiency. Operation involves placing a peeled, halved, and deseeded melon in the holder and pulling the lever to cut it into 15 or 20 mm thick slices. These slices are then pushed through a dividing insert to create chunks. Built robustly for long-term use, the MMC 150 ensures minimal maintenance and is easy to clean, making it ideal for fruit processors.
