The ECOFILL EASY START STD by Cartobol is a manual filling system designed for ease of use in the Bag-in-Box packaging process. Constructed with a robust stainless steel structure, it includes features like a centrifugal pump, electromagnetic flow meter, and a touch screen interface. The operator attaches the bag using the gripper claw and manually removes the cap. After pressing the start button, the system automatically fills the bag to the programmed capacity. A pneumatic piston on the nozzle eliminates the need for the operator to hold the nozzle during filling, allowing simultaneous box formation. Once filled, the cap is replaced manually by the operator, and a second press of the button completes the process. The centrifugal pump ensures efficient fluid transfer, while the electromagnetic flow meter provides accurate volume measurement.
