Labeling solution for bottles and vials

In the pharmaceutical industry, accurately applying self-adhesive labels to bottles, vials, and other unstable containers is critical. Ensuring these containers are labeled consistently and gently, while maintaining high throughput, presents a significant challenge.

Ensures accurate and gentle labeling

The ESF series by Bausch+Ströbel is a line of continuous-motion labeling machines designed to apply self-adhesive labels off the roll to various non-stable containers. With a modular label dispenser design, the system can accommodate both intermittent-motion and continuous-motion printing. It is built to label containers with precision and care, ensuring gentle transport. The ESF machines offer numerous equipment options, including check stations for increased reliability and customization. The ESF1001 model supports up to 12,000 items per hour for containers with diameters of 16 to 160 mm and heights of 35 to 320 mm. The ESF1015 and ESF60100 models support up to 21,000 items per hour for smaller container dimensions. The basic dispenser features ensure ease of use and quick change-over, while additional check stations and workstations enhance functionality.
