Create uniform 7mm single sheet pasta

The SF – Single Sheet Kneader Sheeter from GEA is designed to efficiently produce 7mm single sheet pasta. Equipped with three kneading rollers and a pair of calibrating rolls, this sheeter ensures consistent and high-quality pasta sheets. The internal shoulders are separated by external ones to eliminate any risk of oil and grease contamination within the transmission system. Openable shoulders further enhance the cleaning process. The structure and kinematics of the kneading rollers are engineered to avoid exerting stress on the pasta, maintaining the outlet temperature at room level. The SF kneader sheeter’s capacity ranges from 400 to 1200 kg/h with a sheet width between 800 to 1200mm, making it suitable for various production scales.
