The F-LINE F103 Vacuum Stuffer from Frey Maschinenbau is a fully electronic solution designed for continuous straight filling, portioning, and linking tasks. This vacuum stuffer boasts a filling capacity of up to 3,000 kg/h, supported by a robust stainless steel housing and a 120-liter hopper. Key features include a digitally controlled vacuum system and an electrically locked step for safety. The vacuum pump operates at 21 m³/h, while the total connected load reaches 10.5 kW. The machine utilizes an intuitive FREY TC 266 touch control system, featuring an 8.4-inch color display for ease of operation. It supports high-speed communication with attachments via a CAN bus and includes Ethernet and USB interfaces. The portioning range is highly adaptable, from 5 to 100,000 grams, with a maximum portioning speed of 600 portions per minute. Additional features include error display, memory for 200 filling programs, and a flow-reverse mechanism. The F-LINE F103 SA model further enhances precision with a high-speed servo linker, also compatible with the optional WK98 grinding head system.
