This unit quickly reduces frozen material to a flowable or pumpable condition, eliminating the lengthy thaw process and preserving product quality. The system accommodates various container sizes, including fifty-five gallon drums, and is equipped with a 300-gallon capacity, powered by a 5HP 3-phase motor, capable of handling up to 500 lbs. Safety features include an interlocked drum gate and platform access. Optional CIP (Clean-In-Place) solutions are available for integrated cleanup. This technology is particularly suited for the fruits and nuts, as well as the juices and beverages markets.
