The GEWA 3850T PLUS by KRONEN is specifically designed for washing and disinfecting dried fruits like raisins and other high-density products. The system features a pre-vibration station to remove dust and sand particles before washing, reducing water use. The HELICAL washing system keeps products moving in a spiral, ensuring thorough cleaning. Additional nozzles enhance washing efficiency and ensure complete outfeed. With a capacity of up to 800 kg/h, the system is equipped with lateral fine particle removal drums and sand trap units, which facilitate continuous operation by filtering out fine particles and preventing pump clogs. The machine’s water is reused within a closed loop, enhancing sustainability.
