Industrial meat processing steaker

In meat processing, achieving uniform product texture and enhancing protein activation is challenging. Traditional methods often result in inconsistent product quality, leading to inefficiencies and higher cooking losses.

Achieve consistent texture with adjustable knife rollers

The Steaker by Henneken Tumbler is a robust solution designed for industrial meat processing. Its solid construction with pneumatically sprung rollers adapts perfectly to varying product sizes. Equipped with a 500 mm band width, the machine can feature knife rolls with either 46 or 65 knives per roll, made from specially hardened steel. This allows for the effective processing of a wide range of products. The height and pressure control of the knife rollers, along with the steplessly adjustable drive, provide flexible processing options from gentle to intensive. Users can also exchange knife rollers with press rollers if needed. Quick removal of the knife rollers, scrapers, and transport belt ensures easy cleaning. The Steaker comes in two models, HT 520 and HTC 520, offering belt speeds of 4 – 18 m/min and power ratings of 2.0 kW and 2.5 kW respectively.
