The second stage uses a reduced gap size to achieve finer particles, optimizing them for hydrolysis. The grinder operates in a closed system, minimizing air incorporation. An automatic cleaning-in-place (CIP) function ensures food safety and saves time, eliminating the need for manual cleaning. The Tetra PakĀ® Grinder has a capacity of handling 4,000 or 7,000 kg per hour, making it suitable for large-scale production environments.
