The UNI BINS WASH 300, from Unitec S.p.A., is an industrial bin cleaning system engineered for efficiency in the food and agriculture industries. This system is exceptional in its integration of optical inspection and automatic cleaning processes. It operates by using a multi-stage cleaning system, including optical detection to assess bin soiling levels, optimizing the wash cycle from five available programs. This system is ideal for applications ranging from applesauce and avocado oil production to pomegranate seeds and blueberry concentrate processing.

Capable of processing up to 100 bins per hour, the UNI BINS WASH 300 utilizes a low- and high-pressure cleaning regimen, incorporating a self-cleaning rotary filter and motorized mesh filter for effective filtration. For demanding environments, an optional water purification system can be included for enhanced water management. Designed for seamless integration, this unit features a bin destacker and stacker to streamline workflow, alongside automatic tipping for foreign object recovery.

With an energy-efficient design, it operates with an installed power of 40 kW, which can be increased to 52 kW with an optional hot water feature. This system provides substantial energy and water savings due to its intelligent, automatic adjustment capabilities. Tailored to meet various operational needs, it is fully automated for continuous high-speed operations, thereby minimizing downtime and ensuring consistent bin hygiene.
