The UNI BINS WASH 300 from Unitec is an advanced fruit bin washing system designed to optimize cleaning processes and reduce operational costs. Equipped with an optical vision system, it detects the level of soiling inside bins and selects the most appropriate cleaning program from five available options. This system includes a low-pressure cleaning section with a self-cleaning rotary filter, a high-pressure cleaning section, and integrated bin handling components to manage bin entry and exit efficiently. Additionally, it features a water purification system with a woven fabric filter for enhanced cleanliness. The system can handle bins of various dimensions, from 1100 x 1100 mm to 1200 x 1200 mm, and up to a maximum height of 800 mm, at a capacity of up to 100 bins per hour depending on the chosen program.
