This two-worm system, by GEA Group, employs an auto-reverse feeder worm to optimize product flow, preventing overfeeding and maintaining quality. Its heavy-duty design includes an oil-cooled gearbox and options for a fixed pre-cutter. The grinder comes in Ø 200- and 280-mm versions, catering to different capacity needs (up to 30 t/h for fresh meat and 11 t/h for frozen meat). It ensures high sanitation standards with features like hinged linings and fully separated drive and product zones. The equipment suits industries involved in production of sausages, minced meat, pet food, and ground vegetables.
