Industrial destoning solution for stone fruits

In large-scale fruit processing, effectively removing stones (pits) from fruits like cherries, plums, and mangoes is crucial. Challenges include ensuring fast and reliable separation to maintain workflow efficiency.

Efficiently separate stones from fruit pulp

The Kreuzmayr destoning units efficiently separate stones from the fruit pulp using an electric mechanism, ideal for high-volume industrial applications. Made entirely of stainless steel, these units process various fruits such as cherries, plums, sour cherries, apricots, peaches, and mangoes. A 5mm perforated sieve comes standard, with optional sieves ranging from 0.5mm to 15mm. This flexibility allows the machine to handle different fruit types and ripeness levels effectively. The machine processes fruit by pressing it through a specially designed sieve drum with a tilted axle, collecting stones and other debris separately. The system operates with hourly outputs of 650kg to 2500kg, depending on the model chosen and the fruit’s ripeness. Key features include straightforward operation, where fruits are filled into a funnel, and stones are ejected separately, ensuring efficient processing.
