With an hourly roasting capacity of 1,000 kg to 4,000 kg and batch sizes ranging from 110 kg to 880 kg, these roasters provide maximum flexibility in creating various flavor profiles, from light to highly intense. The equipment features high-performance cyclones and a recirculation system, ensuring sustainable processes. Designed with hygiene-critical production environments in mind, the machine includes cleaning-friendly parts and relocated maintenance points to minimize downtime. Heating options include natural gas, propane, and hydrogen, with a version available specifically for hydrogen use. The NEPTUNE series employs the PILOT 2020 ROASTER control system, a web-based application that allows operators to modify roasting parameters effortlessly and ensure reproducibility through the Reflex Automatic function.
