It features interchangeable quick locking double ring, single adjustment cutting heads for rapid changeover between cut styles. This shredder includes a large 32″ (813 mm) diameter cutting zone and a 10-horsepower motor, promoting higher capacity and reducing product build-up. The machine supports continuous operation for uninterrupted production and easy maintenance with a swing-away feed hopper, hinged access panels, and stainless steel surfaces polished to U.S.D.A., Dairy Division standards. The cutting heads utilize specially designed knives that do not require sharpening and are cost-effective to replace. Additionally, the shredder can process products up to 3.5 inches (88.9 mm) in any dimension, making it adaptable for various cheese types and other food products.
