Products move along a conveyor belt under a set of nozzles that spray the marinade evenly on one or both sides. The system minimizes marinade loss by recirculating overshoot back into the reservoir. The ValueSpray is user-friendly, controlled via a touch screen that manages production, recipes, service, and cleaning. With an input capacity of up to 3000 kg per hour, based on a belt speed of 30 meters per minute, it supports high throughput demands while maintaining consistent quality.
