The Cozzini In-line Condiment Feeder (CCF) is designed to enhance emulsion product processing by accurately mixing condiments with meat batter. The system utilizes a variable speed condiment metering feedscrew, ensuring consistent and even distribution of ingredients such as olives, cheese, and peppers. An agitator in the condiment tub prevents product bridging. Driven by a 20 hp (15 kW) gearmotor, the pump and main 9″ (230 mm) diameter feedscrew provide robust and reliable operation. The recipe-driven PanelView controls allow for precise management of ingredient inclusion. Built in conformity with AMI sanitary equipment design principles, the feeder is USDA accepted and CE approved, making it suitable for a variety of food processing environments.
