The FW200 utilizes a servo-driven paddle chain system to erect and collate lying products into an upright position. This continuous process involves wrapping the products with pre-stretched film, ensuring a highly stable pack without the use of external heat sources, which are typically required in shrink wrapping processes. The electrically heated servo-driven film cutting device ensures clean and defined separation of packs. For ease of unwrapping at the point of sale, the system includes a laser perforation feature, the ‘Easy Opening System,’ which creates a tear-off strip in the film. With an output capacity of up to 60 film packs per minute, the FW200 offers efficient and consistent performance.
