The separator operates using both gravity and mechanical compression, pushing the solid fraction toward the counter-pressure diaphragm outlet while allowing the liquid phase to flow through a self-cleaning stainless-steel screen basket. The drive system includes an electric motor and gear reducer directly coupled to the screw conveyor, ensuring smooth and efficient operation.
