Featuring a large diameter feed screw, packer, and rake, the feeder ensures consistent material handling. It incorporates a dual drive system for controlled output with a variation limit of +/- 5%. For applications requiring more precision, a gear pump configuration is available to achieve an output variation of +/- 1%. The pressure-sensitive screw geometry with a pressure feedback loop allows for efficient speed control. Additionally, the system includes maintenance-friendly features such as a modular crossover, and it is available in various sizes to meet specific production needs. The latest generation offers five jacketed zones for precise temperature control, enhancing the overall processing efficiency.
