Highline injector for brine and emulsion injection

When injecting brine or emulsions into meat, poultry, and fish products, achieving uniform distribution and maintaining product integrity are key challenges. Traditional injection curing processes may result in uneven brine distribution or product damage, especially for sensitive or small-sized items.

Uniform brine and emulsion injection

The IMAX HL – HIGHline Injector by JBT Schröder is designed to meet the highest demands in brine and emulsion injection, using advanced technology to ensure precise and gentle processing. The injector utilizes hollow needles and a sophisticated system of pumps and pipes to deliver brine or emulsion directly into the product. The walking beam injectors feature a transport rake made entirely of stainless steel, following a flat elliptic curve to move products precisely. Adjustable product advance settings allow for either high-capacity transport with a wide puncture pattern or narrow stitch patterns for high injection rates and perfect brine distribution at low pressure. Models range from 420 mm to 620 mm in pan width. Alternatively, the belt injectors, designed for smaller or sensitive products, employ up to 900 needles and offer high needle density with low injection pressure to ensure gentle and uniform injection. Belt injectors have adjustable feed up to 200 mm and come in sizes ranging from 420 mm to 920 mm in pan width.
