High-volume nucleic acid extraction system
Laboratories handling high-throughput nucleic acid extractions require efficient and contamination-free methods to process large sample volumes. Traditional manual extraction methods can be labor-intensive and prone to cross-contamination, compromising the quality and consistency of the results.

Efficiently process up to 24 samples simultaneously
The PurePrep 24 by Molgen is a benchtop nucleic acid purification system designed for medium-throughput applications. Utilizing magnetic bead-based separation technology, it processes up to 24 samples simultaneously, each with volumes up to 10,000 µL. With magnetic rods transferring beads through binding, mixing, washing, and elution phases, the system ensures high-quality extraction with no cross-contamination. The PurePrep 24 features an open system design and is compatible with any bead-based protocol, including the PurePrep Extraction Kits. The system includes a touchscreen interface for ease of use, UV lamp sterilization, and accurate temperature control within ±1°C. Ideal for samples with low DNA concentration, the device completes protocols in 30-60 minutes, reducing manual labor and ensuring reproducibility.
