The WRAP250 by IMA is a high-speed wrapper for single to multi-roll tissue products, designed to surpass traditional format-change technologies. One of its key features is the Smart Overhead trolley, which ensures continuous motion transfer during the folding process. The WRAP250’s Never-Stop Technology checks roll configurations in real time, discarding and replacing non-compliant rolls without halting operations. This wrapper also supports both polyethylene film and heat-sealable paper, offering flexibility in material usage for eco-friendly packaging. The WRAP250 can wrap up to 250 packs per minute and accommodates rolls with diameters ranging from 90 mm to 240 mm and widths from 90 mm to 610 mm.
